Use of Vupi

Permitted use

Vupi may be downloaded, installed, and used privately free of charge. The Vupi app, website content, product artwork, and release artifacts may not be sold, redistributed, modified, sublicensed, or offered as a separate service without prior written permission.

Mandatory statutory permissions remain unaffected. Separately licensed third-party components, including Sparkle, remain governed by their own license terms.

Updates

Public builds can check the Vupi update feed once per day by default. Automatic update checks can be disabled in Settings; manual update checks are available from the menu bar.

Availability

Vupi is provided free of charge and without promised availability. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is given for correctness, absence of defects, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
