What Vupi does
Vupi is a native macOS app: transparent overlay, menu bar controls, local settings, and no invasive permissions for the 1.x release.
Peach or Goma appear as a small transparent overlay above normal windows.
Click, drag, pet, and open a compact care palette from the context menu.
Vupi responds to local time, absence, and quiet night-rest phases.
No analytics scripts, no accounts, and no Screen Recording or Accessibility requirement.
Release status
Vupi 1.1.0 is published as a Developer ID signed and notarized disk image for macOS.
First public direct download as a free 1.x release.
The public build ships as a Developer ID signed and notarized disk image.
Planned for Sonoma, Sequoia, and Tahoe on Apple Silicon and Intel.
Peach and Goma
The product art uses the transparent PNG frames maintained in the project. The runtime does not draw extra pet graphics.
Light, soft, and friendly in expression.
Grey, relaxed, and just as interactive.
Play, rest, wake, and praise are available directly from the pet surface.
